This is impossible to make compatible with most other browsers except chrome. If you want to download firefox or anything else, it's a nightmare. I will absolutely be returning.

However, if you need an alternative such as Firefox, you can install desktop-class browsers via the Linux environment, or download mobile-friendly versions directly from the Google Play Store. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Spin 312 specifically for creative writing. I do all of my drafting in Google Docs, and have been on the lookout for a sturdy, small form-factor Chromebook for close to a year now. I have no real complaints. Setup was quick and easy, and it works perfectly for what I need. The only negative I could add is that the Bluetooth streaming isn’t as clear as it could be when listening to music on Spotify to my Bose headphones. However, that’s not why I bought it so it’s not remotely a dealbreaker for me. I have plenty of other ways to listen to music. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a basic task machine.
