Absolute garbage, don't waste your money.

I have never taken the time to review a product I didn't even spend money on, but this one is so bad I have to warn people who MIGHT buy one. I used this product at my parents over christmas, or rather, I tried to, because it is a piece of trash. It is built entirely of flimsy plastic, could see it breaking very easily, and so weak that it literally cannot spin while citrus is pressed on it (which kind of ruins the point of an electric juicer). We had to use it as a hand juicer only. My grandparents have a model they bought in the 1960s that STILL works to this day. Metal and ceramic parts are golden, this is crap. Save your money, this one won't even work brand new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We understand how strongly you feel about this experience, and we’re sorry to hear that using the juicer was so frustrating—especially during a family gathering when you expected it to be straightforward and convenient.
We appreciate you being candid about what didn’t meet your expectations, including how the product felt to you during use. We recognize that customers often compare today’s appliances to older models they’ve known and trusted for years, and we understand how that can shape expectations around materials and performance.
While experiences can vary, we want to make sure feedback like yours is heard and addressed appropriately. We’d like to connect with you directly to better understand what you encountered and see how we can help. Please reach out to us at empowercustomerservice@spectrumbrands.com
or call 973-287-5134, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Our customer care team would be glad to speak with you.
Thank you again for sharing your honest feedback.

Less work than the hand held non-electric ones
on November 17, 2024

I just used this juicer for the first time today. I purchased it yesterday. We loved our fresh orange juice with pulp this morning. The only two negative things I have to say about the juicer are this: the cord could be a bit longer, and the cone reversing action is a bit tricky. However, in spite of these things we enjoyed a wonderful glass of juice.
