I have followed the instructions, frozen the bowl and chilled the ice cream recipe, but on each occasion the result was not remotely ice cream- it was cold vanilla milkshake. The machine simply doesn’t work.

Super simple to use and makes enough for generous servings for 2-3 people. Very easy to clean and the bowl is small enough to keep in the freezer so its always ready. I havent used the recipes in the booklet, but have had great success every time using other gelato and frozen yoghurt recipes.

Budget friendly Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This isn’t a bad machine budget ice cream maker, it makes good scoop ice cream. I have Autism Spectrum Disorder & find it easy to use the only thing I don’t like is having to freeze the mixture , I prefer to put mixture in and job done the machine does the work. Other than my laziness and impatience it is a great budget friendly method.

Great compact ice cream maker

I bought this product two weeks ago and used for the first time today. The online recipes are amazing and easy to use. The device was easy to set up and its performance allowed me to make ice cream in my small kitchen

Once I figured out that I needed patience to get a great result it was worth it. My only concerns are the motor noise and the slight wobble as the paddle turns which is putting some pressure on the lid.
Despite this, I've had 2 fantastic results and will keep experimenting

It’s a very useful ice-cream maker for small portions.
It doesn’t take up too much space in the freezer, easy to use, my granddaughter followed the recipes in the booklet and all were good.
My daughter was impressed both with the results and the offer price so she ordered a solo scoops for herself to experiment with non dairy recipes as she is dairy intolerant and often misses out on ice-cream treats.
A good little machine, just the lid is a little awkward to open/close when you first use it but easy once you see the small movement where it slots into place.

Lovely machine if you want slop as a dessert

We had high hopes for this little machine as we only wanted a small one to make enough ice cream for a small treat but I feel very very disappointed I have followed every recipe to the letter and have had no success using this you go to all the trouble of mixing and leaving over night etc to end up with runny slop but it in the freezer you end up with a brick leave it at room temp for 20 mins turns back to slop total waste of money also our lid snapped after second use so for a cuisinart product the quality is shocking
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
