Love this ice cream maker, compact and cute. The size is perfect for small family. It cames with a book for instruction, I wish the book include more recipes rather than just one simple one. But I tried the dairy and dairy versions, both come out perfect. i prefer it soft so I would eat it immediately after I make it, if you like it firm, then you should put it in the freezer for a few more hours.

I got this as a present. Soooo disappointed! It does not make ice cream at all. After following the instructions, ends up with nothing but a bowl of liquid. Waste of money and ingredients!🥺

We're sorry to hear the 1 Pint Wonder Ice Cream Maker did not perform as expected and understand how frustrating it is to invest time and ingredients without getting the desired results. For best results, please ensure the freezer bowl has been frozen completely for the recommended amount of time, ingredients are thoroughly chilled before use, and the mixture is added only after the unit is running, as these factors can affect the freezing process. For a firmer consistency, you may also place the finished mixture in the freezer for additional time after churning. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact our Consumer Assistance Center at 1-800-726-0190. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used it twice and so far I'm enjoying it. It's just the right size for me at my house. I need to work on the recipe a bit but once I find one I love I'll be set!
I had high hopes for a single serve ice cream maker. I froze the container for 2 days. Made my first batch and the ice cream never firmed up and did not become creamy. It remained like a thin soup consistency. After freezing this mixture it did solidify but it was more of an ice milk then an ice cream.
Disappointed in the results.

We're sorry to hear that the ice cream maker did not deliver the results you expected. For best results, the freezer bowl should be frozen completely—typically at least 16 to 24 hours—and the mixture should be thoroughly chilled before processing, as ingredients that are too warm or recipes with lower fat content may result in a softer, less creamy consistency. If the mixture remained thin after following the preparation instructions and freezing the bowl for 48 hours, please contact our Consumer Assistance Center at 1-800-726-0190 and reference Ticket #8901044130 so we can provide additional troubleshooting assistance. Thank you for sharing your experience—your feedback helps us better understand real-world performance and supports improvements to future products and recipes.
