This is my favorite knife.

This is my favorite knife. I use it everyday for almost everything. This is my second of the same knife. First one got sharpened somewhere other than Kershaw in Tualitan OR and the serrations were ruined. It’s still a good knife but I love the serrated blade, so got a new one.

After owning this knife for years, it became the most versatile tool in our kitchen. We unfortunately lost it when a professional sharpener misplaced it. Although they provided an equivalent replacement from a different Japanese brand, it simply didn’t compare. We ended up re-buying this exact model, and it has reclaimed its spot as our most trusted, essential kitchen tool. I highly recommend this as the ultimate utility knife

Perfect Bar Knife!

The shun Serrated 6" Utility is my bar's perfect "do everything" knife. Whether I'm slicing the rind from an orange or preparing a lime for my favorite Margarita, my Shun Serrated Knife is the only knife I reach for.
The razor-sharp blade makes short work of slicing dried meats and cheeses.
It's perfect!

This is the fourth Shun knife I’ve purchased. They are all extremely good quality. Perfectly weighted and easy to handle. The past three years I’ve given a knife to my three daughters for Christmas and it is easily the most looked forward gift to unwrap! Be sure to keep them sharp for best results. I love these knives and recommend them to everyone!
