Beautiful and useful knife

This knife was so sharp out of the box, my husband was able to quickly and effortlessly slice up chicken and vegetables for a chinese lemon chicken meal that was unforgettable. The premier santoku's edge stayed sharp even after cutting for quite some time, and the was very easy to clean too! We love Shun and look forward to collecting the rest of the premier line. Thank you for making such fine Japanese cutlery!
