Sharp, Balanced, and a Pleasure to Use

I’m absolutely loving these knives. The Zwilling Pro LeBlanc knives have great balance and incredible sharpness. They feel so natural in my hand- almost like an extension of my hand. They make chopping and slicing effortless, and I love having the self-sharpening block right there when I need it. Beautiful, well-made, and a pleasure to use every day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a beautiful set. I purchased the additional slim and Toku knife to complete the set as well as the four steak knives. I have not used them yet, but they appear to be very sharp. I’m excited to use this product. The craftsmanship is top-notch.

Le Blanc self sharpening block set
on April 7, 2026

Just started using them but so far sharpness seems great. The white le blanc handles are gorgeous. The block itself could be better quality and finish with many imperfections but sold construction overall.
