Shun makes the best kitchen knives I have ever used

This knife is the sharpest knife I have ever used. I love using if to slice and dice meats and veggies. The knife itself also happens to be a work of art. The Damascus and polished blade are stunning.

This santoku knife is the knife I've always wanted. It is incredibly sharp, balanced well and holds comfortably in my hand. To top it off, it's also a beautiful tool for my kitchen. Thank you!

Our best kitchen knife out of a block of Henkels Professional. This Santoku fits in our hands like a glove and is a pleasure to use all day long.

My wife gives me grief about how much I spent for this knife. However, these should be described as instruments not tools, they are beautifully made and are a real pleasure to use. I wish Santa would bring me the 5.5 inch mate to it. BTW- brush up on your knife skills before you get too racy with one of these...they aren't kidding about how sharp these are.
