Very lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to my other stainless steel pots and pans, I found these to be a lot more lightweight. However, this doesn't mean they are not good quality. On the contrary, I found them to work better.
It usually takes forever to bring water to a boil in my other stainless steel pot or even in my enameled one, but these pots conduct heat a lot better and it takes less time. I always put the lid (do not completely cover the pot though) to help speed up the boiling process.
This cookware set uses 18/10 Stainless Steel, which is one of the best types on the market. 18 and 10 represent the percentages of chromium and nickel alloys added to the stainless steel. They improve the performance of thes products by protecting them from rust and preventing corrosion. They also provide even distribution of heat.
The small sauce pan is perfect for cooking my morning soft boiled eggs or making a small portion of polenta. I normally use non-stick cookware for polenta, but I found that the polenta did not stick to the pan at all and was, in fact, very easy to remove.
I cooked some of my crispy chicken in the pan and that requires a lot of attention. I failed to add more butter, so I burned the pan a bit. I wasn't too worried, since I have done that in the past. After the pan cools down, I just add baking soda and vinegar and let it sit for a while. After that, I add warm water and soap and let it soak. It is very easy to clean. I use a non-abrasive sponge and a mild detergent. I prefer to hand wash my stainless steel cookware, as opposed to using the dishwasher.
If you want to turn it into non-stick cookware, look it up. Using oil you can season it, and this would turn into a non-stick surface.
This set has a good variety of sizes - perfect for cooking both small portions of food, or a big batch of soup. The pan is big enough to cook 2-3 portions of meat or vegetables.

Stainless is the Best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot get over how awesome this cookware set is. We have been looking for a good stainless steel set for a long time. We got these and tried them out right away. Our favourite part of the set would be the frying pan with the lid because we seem to go through frying pans a lot because they have always seemed to stain on us and not work the way they should. So far, this set has been amazing. No stains and amazing quality. The grip on the handles is awesome so no worries about burning yourself and the fact that they all came with the lids is awesome because it makes it easier to cook and keep the heat in. Overall this set is amazing quality and all of the pots and frying pan are awesome. I would definitely recommend this set!

It is the perfect set with a nice selection of sizes and styles of pots and pans. All are well made, have a heating disc on the base, and are suitable for all cook stove types.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I've really enjoyed cooking with this set. It comes with 5 different quart size pots and pans with lids. I love the fact that each one came with lids. Normally you have to share lids amongst a set like this. I also like the fact that there were instructions include to help you cook and care for the set. This will help to ensure you get the full advantage of the cookware and not accidently mess them up. Overall these are great to use. Nice and sturdy and super easy to clean up. This set is perfect for your cooking needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] YES! I can finally put away my boyfriends older pan set. Happily! We cook primarily from home/scratch and I really needed a new, quality set. This 10 piece set has a lovely durable shiny surface that for me has been easy to clean. I do wash these by hand. I also use wooden and/or silicone utensils. One thing I absolutely love is the ability to stack these with inverted lids. Awesome space saver! The bottoms of this set are an 18/10 stainless steel. These have heated very evenly, the nice glass lids make for ease of viewing and the vents release steam to avoid burns. Great size variety, just what I needed. Handles have remained cool to the touch thnx to a silicon coating. I'm quite pleased and you will be too.
