ViprTech is not even what we ordered.

We ordered a higher quality machine which was way more expensive and instead they sent us this model. How can such an error be made! Poor service, no double checking to see if order is correct and now we must wait for what we actually paid for but first we must wait on your processes that benefit the business but not the consumer.
1 star is even too much for this
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
