Low end computers with new and outdated parts along with the possibility they’ll send you the wrong computer with even worse parts in it.

We purchased this in Feb 2025. Since then we have used it a total of 2 weeks and have been sending it back and fourth as is wont even turn on. Their custom service is HORRIBLE and this product is JUNK. Save your money and do not buy this item. Bets buy has also done nothing about this and I will never purchase another product from them.

They had my computer for 4 months and it's still not fixed. The worst company I've ever dealt with. I'm trying to get bestbuy to have them removed. Avoid this company.

Purchased this PC for my son. It is garbage. I should have just built one rather than buy outdated parts and equipment. They have terrible support and will stop responding to your inquiries if they cannot find a quick fix. BBB has a lot of cases that are not resolved. Look at this company closely before you give them any business. Horrible, terrible not worth the frustration! Buyer Beware.

Outdated scam won't run Win 11!!!

Shocked that a reputable store like Best Buy would allow this "ViprTech Avalanche 2.0 Gaming PC" to be sold in 2025!
That RX580 was a fine budget GPU from 2016, but far worse is the included Ryzen 1700X CPU. That was a fine part in 2017, but it CANNOT AND WILL NOT RUN WIN 11, so when Oct 14 2025 rolls along you lose Windows support! Maybe the motherboard will support a new CPU, maybe not. Ya feel lucky punk? Well do ya?
