I love this Blow dryer. The light weight, the heat, and the nozzle. It really is amazing for blowouts, especially thinker more dense hair. I have been using it for years, and their warranty is the best.

My hair has never felt so dry

There really needs to be a temperature setting. Sure you can turn the motor on low but then it still takes over 30 mins to dry my shoulder length hair. The cold shot button is great, but not practical to dry your whole head with cold air. Trying to return, but they even make that a painful process.

if it is quick to dry the hair but the intensity of the heat cannot be regulated that makes it difficult to dry near the scalp.
