Love this dryer! Im a professional using this tool daily & I have neck issues and being it’s lightweight is great!! Drys the hair super fast as well & fairly quiet. . Highly recommend

Still a bit heavy and not wild how you just can’t push button for cold shot. One push is hot and you have to push again to get cold shot. Do not like that it’s not more simple

Disappointing from older version

I have two others and they are so much better than this one. The plug is different and so is the power. It’s weak compared to my others. If it wasn’t half price I would send it back. Sad HUGE BIOIONIC FAN!
