The nose is to long, and you can't control the heat temperature. I asked for this as a replacement to the smart X since that had died 3 times in a one year time frame. But I regret it. I hate it. Maybe I just need to call it quits with this brand and move on and say good by to all the $ I spent.

I love the power in this dryer and really has helped with the frizz. It takes me no time to get my hair done. If I could ask for one change it would be to add a medium heat level to the dryer. But this dryer has made a world of difference for me.
