I've used Bionic for several years now and am still very impressed with the blowdryer and flat iron. I think I first had the original blowdryer ,I purchased at a hair show in the early to mid 90s I think it was. Still very impressed with how it works, hopefully this product won't change. the newest one you have is probably very nice as well. but it is a little bit heavier than the 10x, being in the salon business for many years, the lighter dryer is much more advantageous for me.

I’m going to try it one more time. I find that for me the barrel is too long and I can’t get the right angle and it makes my hair frizzy. I will probably have to return it.

I have been a fan of these dryers since they came out in the 2000’s. Lately, however, they haven’t been as reliable. I’ve had to buy 3 in the last 2 years. My most recent purchase was one of the new redesigned and “upgraded” 10x dryers. I was all excited because it was supposed to have independent fan and heat controls. This, however, is not the case. When you modulate the fan speed down with the temperature all the way up, the temperature also decreases as if the controls were not independent of each other. It’s a poor design poor choices. It’s unfortunate. I have to find another dryer to use now.
