I absolutely love this blow dryer, especially since it is my professional one! It is so light weight and power is great! The warranty system is amazing, they have replaced my dryer twice with no complications! Will continue to use BioIonic!!

All I have to say is that this hair dryer is MAGICAL!!!! After I get my hair cut and colored, I can never recreate the style my amazing stylist gives me. But this hairdryer, has made it possible! It also dries my hair in record time! I LOVE IT!!!!😍

I love my 10x. I had it for 2 and a half years and the heat just stopped one day. I had kept my box and sent it to them under the warranty and they sent me a new one right away! I was so happy because I love this dryer. It is very hot so you have to be careful definitely but this thing does its job everyone! Buy it, you won’t be diisappointed!

It is a good dryer BUT, I have had to send it back twice in a short time bc it stopped blowing hot air. Only cold air. They did replace it both times but if I knew it would give me this much trouble I wouldn’t have bought it.
