I love my dryer and

I love my dryer and am so very happy with the warranty service I received when my 6 year old 10x had an issue with its power switch. Thank you for honoring the warranty!!
If I could change anything I’d add a medium heat setting with full air flow, but I love the speed at which I can dry long thick hair, and how smooth and shiny the hair is afterwards!!

I like the hair dryer, but I'm still trying to figure it out. Are there 2 or 3 heat settings? Sometimes the heat setting is so hot I think there must be something wrong with the dryer then I push the button and it is cold. Is there something in between? I've skimmed through the instructions and went on line but haven't been able to identify how many heat settings there are.

My hair dries so quickly with this blow dryer. It was costly but so worth it. My hair feels so soft too. I also purchased the straighter.

For as much as this dryer costs it should not break yearly! I just submitted my 4th warranty repair for the same issue. For what I’ve had to pay in shipping I could have purchased another dryer.

Great product for professionals

I was amazed just from pulling it out of the box, its so lightweight it feels as like I'm holding a bag of feathers rather than a styling tool :joy:
It doesn't have heat adjustment, but being a professional hairstylist over 5 years I can work around it. It's quiet even on its most powerful settings and I can still have a conversation with my clients while I blowdry, not to mention it makes the hair so silky smooth and dries faster than any other dryer I'm the salon!
Its definitely something that will be with me for a long time so I'm glad I made the investment when I did.

Lightweight and system keeps hair healthy, shiny, eliminates frizz. Blows away (pun but no joke!) other dryer brands! So worth the cost. I will never use another dryer. Exceptional product and customer service.
