I love this dryer and the 10ur warranty that comes with it! It’s lightweight (great for my carpal tunnel) and dries the hair in no time! I definitely recommend this dryer!

I'm a professional hairstylist and this purchase was my second one of this exact model. It's light, not as loud as others, dried hair quickly and beautifully. This and the Bio Ionic One Pass are exceptional tools! Wholeheartedly recommend!

3rd Times a Charm

Let me begin with I am a professional stylist and use my dryer a ton. I really want to give this dryer 5 stars but I’m on my third one in the past three years. Like clockwork it seems to have problems after one year of use. The first time cold air only blew and the second time it stopped all together.
However, I am grateful for the warranty. While I wish a shipping return label is provided, I will willingly pay instead of paying hundreds for a new dryer.
