[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dryer went right to cooler only after having to for just a week…when I tried to exchange I was told that “we don’t do exchanges”…so I got a full refund…less the shipping…disappointed with Bioionic for this...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am quite disappointed in the dryer. My hair does not dry any faster and it looks fried. I can't believe I spent this much money on a dryer. My next haircut will need to take at least an inch off due to the damage.
