Won’t Heat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super disappointed in BioIonic AGAIN! I had the Smart X and it was a massive disappointment. I asked the company to not send another Smart X (I went through 2 in less than a year!). They did allow me to chose a different dryer. I chose the 10X with high hopes…only to be let down again. The first time I turned it on, it was cold air only. I thought it was just a fluke so I unplugged and replugged. It did get hit the next time but that was it. Only cold air will blow now. I am a hairstylist and I can’t rely on this hair dryer nor the Smart X! I am ready to just throw it in the trash and count it as a loss.

Warranty Replacement - Easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks cheap when I pulled it out of packaging and has no heat buttons. Only a cool button. The dryer gets incredibly hot to the point where you can burn someone , one of my friends actually had her attachment melt to her dryer (which I didn’t know before purchase) and they still have yet to send a replacement. I would recommend and 02 dryer

It's too hot - there

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's too hot - there are only two settings, super hot or cold. So I either have to blast my hair with super hot air or I can't do what I need to do with the cold setting.
