Great warranty replacement

I love had been using this dryer for three years when the heating element went out. They quickly replaced the new one with zero cost to me. The new one is the same dryer, but I love it even more than the old one! Can’t imagine using anything different.

I'm still getting used to

I'm still getting used to it. It's very light, but also extremely hot. The blowing is also quite powerful, so it is taking some getting used to. Your warranty program is amazing. Twice now my hair dryers broke around the 4-year mark and you have replaced them with no issues whatsoever! Very much appreciated and shows what a good company you are.

Seriously the best dryer I’ve ever had, and as a stylist I’ve gone thru a lot of dryers. This one is the lightest dryer, has amazing power, I can not be without it!

Time saver and light!

I’m loving the 10X dryer. As I have aged, my hair has become curly and frizzy and it’s very difficult to style. After getting the 10X, I have noticed it’s so much easier to style my hair because the dryer is very light and it seems to dry in half the time!
