Easy to use and gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this microwave pretty much every day and it’s been super easy to use. I mostly use it to heat up my leftovers and cook quick meals, but I've tried the air fry feature a few times and it turned out better than I expected. The sensor cook feature was also nice because I don't have to guess how long to heat something up for (there's even a little cheat sheet on the microwave itself with all the items).
I honestly didn't think a microwave needed the internet or an app, but getting a notification when my food is done has been cool, and so is the option to turn the fan and lights on and off from my phone.
It fits well above the stove, the light is helpful when cooking, and it cleans up pretty quickly. This microwave checks all the boxes for me; nothing fancy, it just works, and I would recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is so nice looking! It fits perfectly and has plenty of space inside to cook a good amount of food. I like that it came with a steaming bowl and the rack for doing air bake. I bought this microwave mainly for that feature. I can air bake and not heat up the whole house by using the oven. The air-bake works faster as well. The reheat sensor works nice for leftovers and does a good job identifiying how long it should cook. The LED light on the bottom creates a nice white glow in the kitchen and is a nice touch.

Makes Cooking Way Easier Than I Expected

Great multifunction microwave, learning curve

The air fry option is amazing, but it does seem to take a bit more time than what is specified on products as well as on the auto features. The control panel shows every fingerprint, which is a bit disappointing, as it always looks dirty. The stainless portions also don't see to be fingerprint resistant. Despite those things, the dark interior is much nicer than the normal white interior that shows every single speck of any food. The accessories that came with it are amazing, and I look forward to be able to purchase the air fry tray that Samsung is releasing to be used with it. I really like the convection option as well, so as not to heat up the entire oven for small items. Their is a learning curve with understanding how to use the auto cook features, but once you take time to learn how to use the features, it's an exceptional appliance.

I never thought I would need to read a manual to use a microwave, but this has so many cool features you can use, like air frying and steaming, that having a guide (which is included) is very helpful. This Samsung microwave is very sleek and works great! I would say this is a great product and would recommend it to all!

All in one microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who knew microwave's technology had improved so much in such short time? Who knew microwaves job was no longer simply reheat food? Well this new appliance does so much that is taking me some time to learn it. You can not only reheat but also, cook, you can auto cook or steam cook, you can defrost but it's also a convection oven and you can bake, you can grill or simply keep your food warm. But one of my favorite additions is the air fryer, it is one less appliance taking precious space in my kitchen and this one does a great job.
The design is clean, modern, futurist and goes really well with my also brand new stove. It's a beautiful addition to my kitchen and makes an enormous difference, all my friends and family notice how nice everything looks now.

As far as functionality, while I'm still learning some of it, it works great, it's very quiet and you get a booklet that tells you how to cook and what accessories to use depending what you are doing, because yes, it also comes with multiple accessories to ultimately get the best results.
As I mentioned it is a smart appliance, so you can monitor, get notifications and manage it from the smart things app on your phone.

Master of all trades

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Samsung Bespoke OTR Microwave (the 1780RAA model) installed for a bit now, and I’m genuinely impressed. Usually, these "all-in-one" appliances are a jack-of-all-trades and master of none, but Samsung actually nailed it with this one.
First off, it’s gorgeous. I went with the Stainless Steel, and it looks incredibly high-end. It doesn't have that bulky, "plastic-y" look of a traditional microwave. The glass touch controls are on the bottom of the door, which makes it look super sleek and honestly makes way more sense ergonomically when you're reaching up to press buttons.
The "Air Fry Max" is the feature I use the most. I was skeptical about whether a microwave could actually get things crispy, but it really does. Being able to air fry a batch of wings or fries without taking up counter space with a separate bulky air fryer is a total win. Plus, the grill option is a game-changer for leftovers—it actually re-crisps pizza and sandwiches instead of turning them into soggy rubber.
I’ve started using the SmartThings app to send cooking instructions to it, which felt a bit "extra" at first, but it’s actually really convenient when I'm multitasking. Also, the ceramic interior is a lifesaver. Everything wipes right off, so I don't have to spend twenty minutes scrubbing splattered sauce.
Verdict: If you’re doing a kitchen refresh and want something that actually adds value to how you cook (and looks like a million bucks), this is it. It’s easily the most "useful" upgrade I’ve made in my home lately. 10/10 would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one nice looking microwave. Looks very slick, you don’t get many complements about your microwave! This has additional air fry functionality. I have two big air fryers and while this one doesn’t seem to be as powerful, it gets the job done and saves lots of space. I haven’t figured out but it would be great if I can “combo” the commands, for example run microwave for 5 minutes and then run air fry mode at 400F for 4 minutes. I tried cooking frozen food this way and it turned out pretty great. The microwave cooks fast and the air fryer mode makes the outside crispy. There are so many functions i wish it included a comprehensive features and few cool ideas. I love this microwave. One minor gripe, the buttons are on the door and the door has slight gap so every time I press button the door hits against the main body. A bit annoying but I got used to it eventually. Overall highly recommended.
