Great Product

I love the product except one of the containers has a crack. I have sent two emails but have yet to receive a response regarding a replacement. I am disappointed that it is taking several days to receive a response. Other than that, I love all the Yamazaki products I have purchased.

Very pretty, but not robust

I do like the item overall. This item is pretty, functional and sleek like all Yamazaki products, but the plastic and design are not as strong as other items. I ordered 4 canisters, two arrived cracked (just rough handling during shipping I suppose), and then I accidentally broke one trying to lift the lid rather than using gentle thumb pressure on the tab at the handle side to lift the lid. I really like using it for salt to keep near the stove, and sugar to keep near the coffee. The built in measuring spoon is great. Yamazaki promptly replaced the two that I requested to be replaced that were damaged in shipping.

Works As Intended

The canisters are made well and comes with labels as well to stick on your containers. I use mine for sugar and salt. Overall, a good product but I had issues on one of the lids - it works but sometimes comes off completely when I use my thumb to flip open the lid. A bit annoying. I like that the scoop inside fits on a plastic bar inside the containers and makes it easy to find/use.

I’ve corralled grains in these and it’s made my cupboards and resupply neater and easier.
