I'm sorry to hear you've had issues with calls. It'd be interesting to find out what sort of environment you are in when this happens and if there is any correlation. Windy conditions for example can cause issues as the wind can enter the microphone port and hit the diaphragm affecting performance. Great noise canceling

I bought this item for Christmas and have worn them ever since. Canceling noise feature is out of this world good. I also bought the Quiet Comfort 45 headphones but those are a little loose fit, so I prefer the earbuds.

I bought these last week after owning the sports buds (1st version) QC and now these.I used the QC well over 2 years with no problems. I own xm4 and true momentum 2s. These are the best overall versatility. These are great for sports and hard labor because they stay in better than any earbud on market. They could use better features that go along with apple. That is my only gripe but it’s not bad wity the iPhone by any means. I just could imagine the experience of the quality of these earbuds with full apple/beats like comparability. I owned the black options for sport and QC now with qc2 I went with soapstone, love it! Highly recommend. Only ones comparable are sony xm4 because of battery life. Qc has them best overall
