Love these earbuds.
Major downfall is no app to track them if lost/stolen.
For the high cost, that should definitely be a feature!

Great all around earbuds

Bought these about 3-4 months ago. They've been great so far. Great for work, meetings in loud environments, great for everyday use. Affordable all around product. They are small and sleek. Went for this version instead of the newest one because of the outer case and the ear tip design (can't stand in-ear ones) as they just sit on your ear canal. Charging case is very durable, i barely even scratched it.

The use of the product is not very user friendly. Have had difficulty charging it. Also, why a charge cord that is different from all my others. If I lose track of it I can't use one of several others I have.!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The noise cancelling on these is ok they don't fully block out sound but block out most noise. Product itself I think the sound level on these are great with certain phones my older phone it was much lower on but with my newer model the headphone sounded a lot louder. I would take that into consideration as these have no buttons to turn the volume up and down it's all done by your phone. I do have a few things I don't like. The headphone is basically touchscreen and I thought at first ok maybe theres to operate it depending where I touch but nope all it does is open google assistant. Which I don't need my headphones to open google assistant nor do I want it too. This also becomes a bigger issue as you know when you go go adjust your headphone sometimes I would touch the back and boom google assistant in my ear. This was obviously a poor designed idea as I feel like they added this feature to make it higher end to speak. The other thing is annoying which I know is on a lot of headphones rather recognition to know when it's in your ear and not. I can't express enough that I hate this I readjust my headphones. I take one out all the time and have the other one usually playing. These just completely pause once it's out of your ear. I just don't understand why this is a feature. Overall, there ok sound wise if you have a newer phone. I don't think its truly noise cancelling but it blocks out quite a lot. And I just think the overall design of these headphones were poorly designed.

these earbuds were nothing like i expected. the Bang and Olufson Non noice canelling earbuds have better sound than these noice cancelling earbuds. very disappointing.

Great ear Bud.
