Did not work and had to get them replaced

The first pair did not work and had to call support for assistance. They where very helpful and send me new that I expect to get today. However, I want to note that it’s very disappointing to spend the money to get buds that don’t work.

Worse purchase ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i ordered BQC earbuds and it came with the opened. decided to try it and behold, the right earbud sopped working completely. i tried all that is said in the trouble shooting and it didn't work. i am shipping it back for replacement

I did get this earbuds to birthday present. This earbuds are awsome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending so much money on Apple buds pro and have then fall out all the time....no help from Apple, I was afraid to try these with the cost I’m happy I tried Sound is so much better and THEY STAY IN MY EAR!!! Imagine that!!!

Amazing Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these in limited edition Stone Blue and I absolutely LOVE the sound. Definitely quieter than other earbuds. Includes 3 sets of ear tips so you can have the perfect fit. Easy to use and sync with devices. Lightweight and not bulky or heavy feeling in your ears. I can move around without them falling out, so they're definitely secure in my ears. Love the touch features. All my Bose products have produced crisp and clear sound. You can't beat the quality! Always pleased!
