Very disappointed And I have many BOSE products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My earbuds worked great for the first day perfect sound. On the second day the left earbud started crackling so bad that I couldn’t even hear my music going to have to return. For $300 the quality should be better than this I’m hoping that it is just a defect in this product.

I just got these. They don’t work! They connected once and will simply not again even after un-installing and reinstalling the app. The charging case will not go into Bluetooth discoverable mode. Too bad. I have other Bose products that I love. These are going back
