[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks and feels like you have actual Mickey mouse ears sticking out of your ears. Extremely uncomfortable and ugly. I sent them back within 1 week.
First Bose product I have ever been disappointed with in over 40 years!

They do not work when paired to phone

Totally unsatisfied!!! The sound is NOT what I expected from Bose. Also, the ear buds fall out of my ears constantly.

Sometimes feels like they’re going to fall out but they stay in place really well. Also very comfortable, so nice not to have a cord to deal with. They come with 3 different size ear pieces so you can find what’s most comfortable for you. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a great set of earbuds for crisp clean audio.

I bought these because of the noise canceling. I used them once and they worked perfectly. But now I can’t get them to pair at all with my iPhone.
