[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a couple weeks ago, the sound quality, anc, and features are wonderful. But the only thing I complain about is the size of the case, is too big, therefore it isn't comfortable to take them everywhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had these Bose buds now for a couple weeks. Bose is always known for their quality sound and comfort - No different here. The thing I feel is the dealbreaker is the issues with connectivity. The whole point of having wireless buds are so we can do things without a bunch of hassle. Having to either use the app to disconnect and reconnect each and every time I want to connect to a different device, is super annoying. Apple has done an amazing job with that... Maybe its time to buy Apples chip. I can certainly see folks only purchasing the over ear version because of this issue. My old Bose was much easier to switch than the new ones. Very disappointing!

Did you know that the Earbuds can remember up to seven different devices? This means you will not need to clear the devices when you wish to switch. They work well if I’m just at home, but when I would start moving around or leave the house, they were hard to keep in my ears. They’re also comparatively heavy, which didn’t help. The charging case is ENORMOUS. Good luck keeping that in your pocket.

I'm glad to hear you are enjoying the great sound of your new earbuds! If you find they are not staying in your ears, be sure to try all 3 sizes of the StayHear Max tips that come with the earbuds. It's not unusual to need different sizes on each earbud, so don't be afraid to mix and match the sizes to get the right fit for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product in the hopes the call quality as far others hearing my voice would exceed the Galaxy Buds Live but from my calls while in Starbucks, the callers were not able to hear me clearly having me to revert back to the Buds Live which offered better clarity than BQC Earbuds, I own the Bose N700 and am very pleased with call quality, but the reason I have not mentioned music quality is because that's a given its Bose the sound stage is always excellent but if your wearing earbuds or OTE's and is connected to a phone all must be good not just one aspect of your purchase,

Awesome to hear that you're enjoying the sound quality of your new earbuds. It's a shame that you've not been able to experience great microphone voice pickup when on your calls. I believe this is likely to do with the way the earbuds are positioned in your ears. The earbuds use a beamforming microphone array and, therefore, it is essential that the angling of the earbud is accurate.
