Keep falling out of my ears

No matter what tips I use, these earbuds won’t stay put. To make matters worse, when I reposition or put them back in place, they change settings. (ANC or volume)
Also, needing an app makes them cumbersome to use and I need to reconnect every time I use them.
Pretty sure I’m going to return them.

Hi, the QuietComfort Earbuds come packaged with three sizes of ear tips, so I hope you were able to test them all to find the best fit. The touch controls require a full connection to activate the volume control or ANC adjustment. You are not required to download the Bose Music app to use the earbuds, and they can instantly be connected to a Bluetooth device. However, the app will help you install the latest firmware and manage your settings and features. You cannot wear the other pair independently.

I had to return it. Waiting for when BOSE will come out with ear bud that works independently in each ear. I need it for talking on the phone. Would prefer able to interchange to the other earbud when I am tired in one ear.

Very poor sound and fonction

I am planning to return it . The sound is terrible. There is a crack nouse every time I am using it in my car when driving. No noise cancelling at all. It just doesn't work.I have few products from bose and I am very disappointed.

Wonderful sound! Excellent fit

I've tried just about every earbud out and by far, Bose earbuds are the best. If you are considering new ear buds, buy the best and you won't be spending money to finally get the best.
