I love the earbuds

My problem is I purchased 2 sets of the blue earbuds. I use the right ear only. I believe I’m jinxed because I lost the 2 right ear earbuds. Is there any way I can purchase even 1 right ear ear bud?

I bought the earbuds for a transatlantic trip. They failed to connect to the airline system and kept falling out of my ears

Best earbuds

I have purchased several earbuds of the last few years to use while I workout. Most of them were pretty good but more often than not they would fall out or battery life was limited. I’ve tried the Bose headphones and absolutely loved them so I decided to give these a try instead of using the big bulky headphones. They did not disappoint!!!! They are super comfortable and never fall out. I absolutely LOVE THEM!!!!! Definitely a good purchase.

I bought these about a month ago and there are some pros and cons.
1. They are great for listening to music and watching movies or tv shows.
2. I can hear other people just fine but the problem is that people hear everything in my background which is a huge issue for me.

I am unsure if I have a defected product, but I am unhappy with this purchase as these were expensive.

Not the quality of sound I would expect from Bose

Bought these a few weeks ago. Very disappointed in sound quality, no bass and very flat. Also no volume control or power off options without charging case. Not what I expect for the money

It's unusual that you seem to have a lack of bass response with these earbuds, as this is definitely not the case with my own set. This could be to do with the fit of your earbuds. Sound performance can be heavily affected by this. Take a look at our simple guide here - https://bose.life/2I52bSx. Additionally, try connecting the earbuds to an alternative device to see if you still experience this.
As for volume controls, you can enable this in the Bose Music app in your product settings. This will add volume to your available touch controls!

I was so excited when I ordered this but from the time I received it something was just not right. There was an issue connecting my device and I could never get the right one to pair. After a couple hours I packaged it back up and returned it.
