Noise canceling?? Stay’s in my ears??

I have an issue wife them staying in my ears and when they do, the noise canceling is not sufficiently blocking the other people around me chatting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these earbuds! Quality is always premium. Great feeling of not being tethered to my phone to have conversations.. Music continues where it left off at end of call. The best experience is the ability to group these with my Bose smart soundbar 300. I can completely lower the volume on the TV and enjoy listening to the film quietly without disturbing others. But that's not all! I can also enjoy the same experience with any smart TV via Bluetooth.

However, there needs to be one more silicone mold of a smaller size, the three that came with the unit are too large for my ears and being ill fitted keep falling out. Have to be playing catch during use.
