Excellent Sound & Comfortable

One month in I am generally very happy with these earbuds. I am an avid runner and they stay in place and remain comfortable whether on the streets or on a treadmill. The noise cancelling is pretty remarkable. Sound is great!
The not so good:
Switching between devices is clumsy and the app often can't recognize the buds even when connected to a device and confirmed in the bluetooth menu. This is fixed by putting the buds back in the case and starting over. While comfortable, they are pretty big bulky. The touch controls work accurately but no volume control is a bit of a hassle.
Hopefully the buggy connectivity / app and volume control can be fixed over time via software/firmware updates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my QC Earbuds for about a month. I like them much, much more than my Apple Airbuds. Very good, but not perfect, noise cancellation. They are just earbuds after all. Incredible sound as expected. It took me a little while to figure out how to insert them properly. Yes, there’s is a right way to do it. Once I figured that out they have been awesome. Expensive, no surprise there, but worth it. Highly recommended!

I know there's no way to please everyone and it's a real shame that they fall out whenever i move anywhere so I am not pleased with that.

I looked forward to my first pair of BOSE headphones based off my past experiences listening to the BOSE sound quality coming from other speaker types. I was completely disappointed in not only the actual size of each ear piece, but mainly in my struggle to get them to fit into my ears properly. It was too the point that I was afraid to move in fear that one or even both of them would fall out instantly. I put them back into the box they arrived in and haven’t touched them since.

Volume control via the touch buttons is a feature that is newly available. By ensuring your Bose Music app is up to date to version 4.2.4 or newer, you have the availability to add volume to your features by visiting your product settings.
