[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent sound quality. Easy to pair. The fit could be better. A touch sound control would be a great improvement.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my earbud noise canceling is great sounds amazing even the lows ... Not goods find my buds on the app the left doesn’t work by self only the right
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used at least ten different kinds of earbuds from five or six different companies, this are by far the best!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been waiting for these earbuds for some time. Bose is one of the few companies whose in-ear devices fit my ears, which are smaller than the average ear. Unfortunately, the buds did not fit my ears. Because this has never been an issue, I waited a day and tried them on again. Not only were the earbuds a painful fit (at best), the left one was not working. I’m confident that Bose would have reconciled the latter issue. And maybe their next generation of noise canceling earbuds will fit my ears.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear that the earbuds didn't fit your ears correctly. The earbuds come with three different sized ear tips, please try all of the different sizes to find the most secure and comfortable fit.
I'm also sorry to hear that you encountered a strange issue where the left earbud wouldn't work. Resetting the earbuds will resolve this for you, to perform this step please follow these instructions here https://bose.life/3pw98xj
This review is based on me trading up from my Bose Soundsport to the New QC ear buds!! I should note that the new release of the Soundsport model share the same features as QC model. Sound quality is Good but for me lacks deep bass. This is true for both models!! If you like to have noise canceling the QC’s do that well. I have had my QC earbuds for over 2 months now! I have had issue with app not able to communicate with the earbuds! Only way to resolve was to hard boot phone! Not sure who’s at fault my new iPhone 12 pro or the earbuds or app!!! Lastly the one thing I really don’t like about my new Bose QC earbuds and turns out to be very annoying is the lacking of volume controls. This now requires me to keep my phone on my person as I do chores around the yard or house if I want to listen to music via my Bose QC Buds!!! Hence made me long for the older Soundsport I had..

Hey there,
It's great to hear that you are an avid Bose fan and have upgraded from the SoundSport earbuds!
I've personally used these earbuds and was taken back by the level of bass they offer, which leads me to believe that your headset isn't performing as it should be. These steps here https://bose.life/3qkr7XZ will also resolve this strange issue.
As for volume controls, this is available from your touch functions on your earbud. To enable this opt in feature, visit the Bose Music app and go into your product settings in order to start using this.
