[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with the sound and noise cancelling feature which is great. But the overall controls are not good enough in comparison with the rivals in the market. You can’t go back to the previous track, you can’t switch from the earbuds from a device to other (it’s too frustrating), not allowed to control volume from the ears buds, so, the previous version (sound sports free) incredible had more options than this one. I’m really kind of disappointed, but still pleased with the noise cancelling and the sound quality.

Is annoying not to have volume control I’m not recommend this product is very important to have control of it

Hey Lauro, I'm sorry that you feel this way. Are you aware that touch volume controls have now been made available in our latest Bose Music app update? Ensure you are updated to 4.2.4 or later and visit your product settings, here you can opt in on volume control!

They are the most comfortable devices I have ever put into my ears and the sound quality and noise reduction are wonderful. I can actually listen to my music while cutting my lawn on my tractor.
I now can enjoy both my QC Headphones and QC Ear Buds depending upon what mood I'm in and whatever the listening circumstance. So pleased!
