[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Am an aficionado on noice cancelling ear buds. Possessing the majority of the high end buds, Bose’s quality is among the best. My biggest hurdle is the inability to adjust the sound on the buds themselves. The sound and comfort are so tremendous decided to keep them despite lacking that control.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One thing I don’t like about them is the fact that you cannot use the left ear without using the right ear and you can only use the right ear without the left ear I think it’s kind of a waste
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are almost perfect. As a reference point, I've owned the Sennheiser ANC earbuds and Apple AirPod Pros, and these, by far, have the best sound of all three. I was a little nervous about the size of the buds, too, but they are also, IMHO, the most comfortable of the three -- I can wear these for hours. Of course, comfort for anything you are putting in your ear canal is going to be a very personal thing, so your mileage may vary on that score. But, objectively speaking, they are very light despite the size and to me at least the way the tips fit is super comfy. The ANC is also superb, and very customizable - up to 11 gradations of noise cancellation for you to find your perfect level. Yes, the charging case is a bit big, but that's probably the price you pay for getting such great sounding headphones. It's livable, and I can fit them fine enough in my pockets, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't wish the case was smaller. Still, my chief complaint has to do with the controls. They are SUPER basic. You can play, pause, skip forward, and turn ANC on/off. That's it. You cannot skip back a track for some reason, nor can you really customize the controls much -- so, you cannot, for example, make a long-hold on the right earbud pause, and two taps on the left skip forward. It's hard to understand why that ability to customize (and skip back a track!) isn't available, when that must be merely a software issue, not a hardware issue, given both buds recognize long-pause and double tap. Hopefully a future firmware update allows for this functionality (especially the skip back a track), because that's the only really substantive complaint I have given how phenomenal the sound is.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using these for a month now and have been happy overall with the experience. The ANC works very well and the audio quality is great as you would expect from Bose. There is a lack of customization controls as well as a lack of an EQ adjustment which is a little frustrating considering many other products offer these features. They are great headphones but are missing a couple things that keep them from the top spot in the class. Has potential.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these a couple of weeks ago to help with WFH. They are 5 stars for noise canceling, but the capabilities of the ear buds are very limited. I can tap on the left one and it will cycle through different levels of noise cancellation, which is nice. I can also hold down on the left side and it will skip to the next song. However, the right side is reserved for voice commands and Siri/Google, etc. I don’t use those, but I have no other options for that side, which seems the right side useless for me. I also have no way to control volume, pause, etc. Another fascinating thing that happens is when I remove the earbuds or maybe the right earbud with the Siri capabilities is activated, if I’m connected to my MacBook, it opens iMusic EVERY TIME. It is beyond annoying. Another thing that’s annoying is that I can’t go between my phone and my MacBook with the earbuds without disconnecting from one or the other. My husband has the QC700 set and he has no problem going from one to the other, but he also has a Samsung phone and PC laptop.
If they could fix those things, 5 stars, no problem.
Extremely comfortable, wish it had better features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easily the best at noise cancelling of any earbuds I’ve had, and the most comfortable I’ve tried. I forget they’re in my ears. However I’m sad to find the features lacking compared to some of the competition. I’d really love to see the ability to change the volume added to the touch controls on the buds, as well as the ability to equalize your music in the app. Switching between Bluetooth devices is also a bit clunkier than even other Bose devices I have. Another less necessary thing that I loved in some of the competition was the app including some white and pink noise pre-sets. Overall the comfort wins out for me and makes them worth it, but I wish the features were more robust.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best earbuds you can get, they actually are even better that the previous set that seemed a little bulky. They are Bose and made to impress which they do.
