The charging case protects your buds while charging, storing or traveling. Long lasting charge and they charge quickly. Easily answer calls and again the sound quality for calls is excellent.

I wear them to the gym daily and enjoy them. I listen to rock and hip hop and they are the best sounding ear buds I have used. I have a set of beats and these are much more comfortable to wear.

The only issue that I have is trying to answer a phone call. I have talked to support three times with three different answers. Hopefully this issue will be resolved sooner than later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to connect with my Windows laptop for the Zoom meeting with great NC and mic. It works perfectly for this purpose. I gave only 4 stars because it would be better if it's allowed to connect multi-devices, at least 2 devices at the same time. I couldn't adjust anything on the app when it's connecting with my laptop. However, it's a great earbud if you are looking nice NC with a great mic. Lastly, I prefer to use AirPod Pro to connect with my iPhone and Macbook since it's easier to connect in the Apple family.
