The sound is good and they're comfortable, but the device connection is not very reliable. I have to reload the connection on the app or turn off my device and turn on again to get them to work. So, it's hit or miss and can be cumbersome having to mess around with the earbuds or device to get connectivity.

I bought these because my over the ear headphones were staring to hurt after long listening/zoom sessions. They fit well in my ears and are comfortable. The sound quality and noise canceling works well and I’ve had no issues with phone calls/chats. Overall big thumbs up for me.

Great sound, good active noise cancellation, would like to see better passive isolation, as in the foam plugs. If I had known there were no volume controls I never would have purchased. The controls that are present don't work every time. I may send them back.
