The sound quality is excellent as expected. Working from home, I love that I can pop in one earbud and wander around the house on a work call while doing other things! Best purchase I've made for myself in a long time.
I'm a pro audio user. Love these new earbuds. Good sound. Great range. I dropped the case on a soft wood floor from 3 feet. Now it won't latch. I can't find a help line on your website to get the case repaired or replaced. What to do???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the buds a few weeks ago. As much as I tried to make them work with my iPhone, they weren’t as compatible as I’d hoped. Sound wasn’t as nice as the air pods, and didn’t stay connected to a podcast or phone call if I flipped to see what email arrived. They do, however, stay in your ears. So I’ve exchanged them for the sport model for running. I really wanted to love them, but just couldn’t.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these about three weeks ago and I am very impressed with the sound and noise cancellation capabilities. Much better than my pair of wired Bose Noise canceling ear buds.
I bought this about a month ago and i tought it would be the best of the best but sound quality is little bit less than my previous sound sport ones but i bought them especially for making calls and not very happy with that feature people dont listen to me vey clearly even with the noise canceling. Also now i can sync them thru the app
