[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to replace my sound sport earbuds and I have to say I’m very disappointed. First and most simply is the fit. Normally the standard ear fittings are perfect. These? Not so. The small are too small and the standard hooks are too both. These are bulky so you need them to stay put, I spend so much time inserting and reinserting these. It’s super inconvenient. Second the connection is super spotty. Sometimes it connects to the phone but not the app. Sometimes only one connects. And others each connects separately resulting in latency or lower volume in one ear. So annoying to stop what you’re doing and put them back in the case so they can reconnect or forget the device and reconnect. I just expect better from Bose from an engineering standpoint. That said, it’s Bose so sound quality and noise canceling is superb. Bottom line for me: this is a no buy. Get the sound sports and save $100.

Hi Bobert,
We are happy to hear that you are very impressed with our Acoustic Noise Cancelling technology, as well as the lifelike sound the headset produces.
Sorry to hear that you have personally found the earbuds to not fit in your ears. As you have noticed the headset comes with three different sized ear tips, I'd recommend experimenting with all sizes to ensure that you find the best fit.
These steps here https://bose.life/3kBYD86 will resolve the spotty connection issue you have strangely encountered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As expected from Bose, the noise reduction is best in class. That said, the touch controls and the IOs app are disappointing. Touch controls: can't increase or reduce volume or go back a track - only pause/play, forward and transparency mode. App: can only connect/disconnect from the iPhone. Can't disconnect the iPhone and connect the Mac Book, it has to be done separately. Connectivity: can only connect to 1 device at a time so switching from iPhone to Mac Book to iPad is a hassle compared with competitors. Then there's the battery life vs competition which, if weren't for the above, I could overlook...

Hey! I am so glad to hear that you are enjoying the noise cancelling of the Quiet Comfort Earbuds! Regarding the volume controls, thanks to our customer feedback, we have now been able to implement this in your touch controls. Do note, you need to toggle this feature on in your product settings within the Bose Music app.
The QC Earbuds should give you up to six hours of battery life with moderate volume. If you are not getting this, I would recommend following the troubleshooting steps: https://bose.life/3mCfRny
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall these Bose ear buds work great. Only issue downgrading my star rating is they seem to periodically disconnect from paired device with audio ceasing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t know if it’s because I’m just used to my Soundlink headphones (which I love) but it’s taking me a while to adjust to the sound (since I haven’t worn earbuds in years). Still, the noise cancelling - which I specifically bought these for - is excellent. Full ANC puts me into my own perfect bubble of silence and the different levels are great if I want some ANC but also want to be able to hear if someone in my house needs me.
It took me a while to adjust to the ear tips - size 1 is too small and size 2 is a little too big, which means they slip out if I touch my ear too much and it took me a while to not feel like they were going to fall out of my ears. I think I’ve settled on 2 for now, although it doesn’t get uncomfortable after a few hours of use.
I haven’t had any issues with battery life but I also don’t have anywhere to be right now so I haven’t fully tested them out.
One point that I really like is that they’re a lot better at handling sound from multiple places - my Soundlink headphones get really grumpy, for example, if I try to do a video call in Discord and watch Netflix in Chrome at the same time. Any incoming audio just shuts off my microphone for some reason. The QC earbuds don’t have that issue at all, which is a relief!
Overall, I’m pretty happy with these, despite the steep price tag but it’s more annoying than I thought it’d be to have to change the volume on my device, so I hope they work in volume controls eventually!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sounds Great, Fits Great, Easy to Use, Lasts Long and to think I refused to have anything to do with bluetooth earbuds until I got these Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying different wireless earbuds, these were the ones that stood out most . I think the most important thing for me was comfort and how they fit in my ear. The noise cancellation is really good on these too. I would say the only down fall is you have to leave the case open and nearby if you only have the left earbud in .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loyal Boes Quiet Comfort customer. Waited since last spring for these to arrive in the market and I LOVE THEM. Both for work Zoom calls and long walks they are exactly what I wanted.
