Need to update control software.

Noise cancellation is good. Audio quality is acceptable. They are comfortable to wear. But the controls are annoying. No way to adjust volume other than voice assistant which is time consuming. Touch controls don’t reek with gloves. It’s winter. No way to repeat the last track. The double click process is loud and uncomfortable. If this Can be improved with software it should be.

The touch control will allow you to easily access voice assistant, play/pause music, and set a shortcut (check battery level or skip a track). As for volume controls, you can add this to your touch features in the Bose Music app, just enable this in your product settings. You will need to make good contact with the touch control so gloves or finger coverings may not work to full effect. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these earbuds. The sound is great, noise cancelling is great, but I wish there was an adjustable eq built into the app. Bose, please add an adjustable eq and reduce the footprint.
