I am glad I made this purchase! I love the look, feel design etc, what I didn't like was the support for this item. No tracking information, couldn't call and speak to someone and the directions in the book were very confusing. We should spend more time with making the instructions better and I would even ask for some items could have been setup prior to shipping.

The gazebo was just what the wife wanted. I spent about 10 hrs to assemble by myself. The directions were easy to understand and went together without problems.

Absolutely love it! Everything was labeled and lined up perfect. As long as you follow the directions which was timid but very helpful it’s simple to put together but you definitely need 3 people to help. At least 2 on a ladder and 1 handing the parts. Took about a whole day so not to bad and it looks beautiful!

We love our Sunjoy Gazebo. My order only took one week to arrive. Everything was very neatly packaged. All pieces were clearly marked and hardware all in marked bags. The instructions were very clear on how to put the gazebo together. It did take some time to put it all together, about 15 hours total. We took our time so it took three days. We are extremely happy with this gazebo.
