It has kept the hot sun off of back deck. In Oregon we have had hot dry winds daily. It is holding up very well. Like the center hook for hanging anything we wanted. We didn't put the screens up because wanted to enjoy the view of the pond and ducks and ducklings.

So far, I had this up for two days. I place it in my backyard for additional cover. I really love shade it provides as well keeping some of the bugs out. I love the color of the Gazebo. The design is so pretty too. My husband and I put this together without additional help. The direction could be a little better but we figure it out. The unit seems to be very sturdy and seems like it will hold well during the summer months. I have not experienced this product in high winds yet but like I mention it seems to be made with very good material. The steel material is a nice color and have some weigh to it. Overall this seems to be a great gazebo.
