You can do alot with a 12x16

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great!! I can finally sit outside on my rooftop patio in the rain!
You can do alot with a 12x16. I have two couches and two swivel chairs as well as a coffee table under it
Took me one evening of sorting and assembling the beams about 4hrs
Full assembly one 12hr the next day
16hrs in total with two people for the roof.
Two people all day could probably do it in 6-8hrs
Only reason I gave it a 4star review was because the plastic, protective, coating on the roof panels is impossible to take off
I took me a half an hour to peel off one whole panel.
I said forget this and left the rest.
Idk why its not just grab one corner and rip off.
Its like peeling off cling wrap
I havent had any problems with it being on
And my roof gets direct afternoon sun

Very nice gazebo

Very happy with this gazebo! We received it in winter and finally put it up in time for Father’s Day. It took two of us about 10 hours to complete it. The instructions were quite clear. They included some extra hardware, always nice. Very clever, clean design. No heavy lifting. You just need to be patient. Although you could use their wrench and Allen key to asssmble the gazebo, I expect that would take much longer than it did. I recommend 2 sockets sets and a power drill with hex and Allen bits.

Great design, All the parts were there, had some spares which was nice. Everything was labeled correctly and it all went together smoothly. Only issue was removing the plastic from the roofing. It was stuck really well. My wife and I spent about 8 hours on removing all the plastic.

Quality materials. The instructions could have been better along with a step by step video on the Sunjoy page. It took my husband and I 3 days and then a couple hours to finish it up. We will take another day to double check all the bolts are tightened down. We are happy with the finished results.

There are a few mistakes or issues with the instructions and the plastic on the sheet metal roof pieces is takes hours to get off even with help.
Once it is built it seems like good quality.
