Great Backpack

I’ve only had two trips so far since I purchased this backpack, but so far it’s exceeding my expectations. As a frequent business traveler I have to carry way more tech, including cables, adapters, and computers than I would like. This bag has helped me organize these items better than my previous backpack and look good while meeting the task. I’ve become a real fan of Travelpro products. I’ve not had to use any warranties on any of my Travelpro luggage yet so can’t speak to their service, but that says something about the quality of the product in my mind.

Would be perfect if it had one more thing

Like almost everything about the backpack. I like how it is shaped and thus can sit upright on its own. The strap to slide it over a carry-on handle is a huge feature. High quality construction and multiple pockets that allows you to organize very well . I can fit a both a 16 inch and a 14 inch MacBook Pro at the same time as I need to carry both often. The one thing it needs is a middle sternum strap for the shoulder straps. This would stabilize heavier weight and prevent shoulder straps from sliding off shoulders. Other than that great business backpack.

Really a nice backpack

I purchased this as an alternative to my traditional soft-sided brief case. I really like it. It is well designed with a ton of storage compartments and it is fairly lightweight. It travels well whether I carry it or attach it to my suitcase. I have abandoned my old briefcase and this is my new go to.
