[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sonic vibration doesn’t turn on when you press the on button. Sometimes it takes up to a minute. Sometimes it turns on and vibrates so hard it hurts my teeth. End up using the sonic toothbrush on the inside gums and then switch to my regular toothbrush.

I even looked for a way to purchase one like my old one. When I realized I was 9ut 9f luch, I got this 4100 series. It has exceeded my expectations! I love that it has 2 settings, and how much smaller, lighter, and more compact it is. I am a very happy customer!
