[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 4100 works the way an electric toothbrush should. No complaints whatsoever. Has just enough bells and whistles to make it a pleasure to use without all the expensive extras you really don't need.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not sure it’s working correctly. Battery dies down quickly and the two speeds don’t always work when I try to switch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we are sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your Sonicare toothbrush.
To help resolve these issues, please try the following tips: 1. Charging: Ensure the device is fully charged before each use. Sometimes a full charge cycle can help reset the battery's performance. 2. Cleaning: Clean the device thoroughly, as debris can affect its functionality. 3. Switching Speeds: Try switching the speeds while the device is off, and then turning it on to see if it helps stabilize the functionality.
If these steps don't improve its performance, please reach out to us directly for further assistance. We want to ensure you receive a product that meets your expectations.
You can contact us via social media on Facebook (facebook.com/Philips), Instagram (instagram.com/Philips), or X (twitter.com/PhilipsCare), or through our Support Page (usa.philips.com/c-w/support-home/support-contact-page).
We appreciate your feedback and hope to assist you in resolving this matter.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried another brand and quickly gave it up. I love this toothbrush--it is easy to use and makes my mouth feel so clean. It is the right size to fit in my mouth and the charge lasts for a month.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a sonic toothbrush for about three years before it died. I purchased this one in the hopes that it would be like my other one. It is NOTHING like my original. I do not like the way it starts slow and sometimes goes stronger but sometimes takes forever to go better. I did what it said to do to eliminate the gradual increase in power but it still starts on low power and takes forever to increase. It is frustrating!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first timing using this brand of toothbrush and after using this Sonic electric toothbrush I have been more than pleased with the results that I get from this toothbrush. It cleans my teeth better and it makes my gums feel absolutely fantastic. I love the 2 minute timer and the choice of speed level it has. I even told my dentist what I use now and he said that he uses the exact same toothbrush. I'm extremely happy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our daughter recommended this toothbrush to my husband and me. I'm so glad she did! After is Ng this toothbrush, my teeth feel like I just left the dentist's office after a cleaning. My teeth have never felt this clean, even after scrubbing with a manual toothbrush. This brush is great, and I highly recommended it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not understand the difference in the various models prior to this purchase. I had a C3 for a couple of years that stopped working. I thought this was the correct replacement but have since learned it is much smaller with less power and 4 steps rather than 8 in the brushing cycle.
