I enjoyed this toothbrush for about 15 months, it did a much better job cleaning my teeth than a manual brush alone! However, after less than two years of daily use, the “on” button has completely disintegrated and no longer works. Besides this, the brush no longer times quadrants or reminds to change the heads. I tried the Phillips website to replace or repair and it seems I’m out of warranty. I’m disappointed with how poorly this brush has lasted considering the price point, I’ll definitely be looking into another electric toothbrush, just probably not from Phillips.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toothbrush was smaller than I expected and I had a hard time holding on to it. I bought it as a replacement for my current Philips, but it so uncomfortable I don’t use it at all. So it’s back to my old phillips which now has a poor battery after years of service, but I struggle on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this toothbrush. I noticed a difference the first time that I used it. My teeth have only felt this clean after I've had them done at the dentist and now they feel like that every day. My dentist was happy to hear that I started using the Sonic Care. My only complaint is that I wish I would have had a choice on the type of charger. I would have preferred a plug in as opposed to the usb.
