A7000 series unit I had died prematurely and I purchased this to replace it. Power and features are limited. No charger is provided. Pretty basic…not convinced on the value received for the price, but I’ll give it some more time.

I had an oral b that I used for over 7 years and finally decided to try out philips sonicare. This was a good low price point but in a years time I had to get two replacements. Very unfortunate. I'm glad I registered the product so it was under warranty. I like how slim it is for travel but disappointed at the low quality and poorly made. Once warranty runs out, I would be seeking for another model or brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed with this toothbrush. It's not nearly as powerful as the one that it replaced. I can't for the life of me figure out how to set it to not start on low power and then have to push the button again to make it high power even though I followed the steps to program it.
