[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for my older Phillips electric toothbrush. Love the product and the ease of use and charging it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned one 14 years ago; battery died, literally disintegrated less than 2 years after purchase. Decided to try again and loving it as much as my first; just hope it lasts longer. Also, it's a bit noisier than I remember.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I don't care for this toothbrush at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is not even close to my Sonicare Series 5 toothbrush I had for years. It still worked, but I couldn't find the replacement heads anymore; thus, I had to purchase a new toothbrush. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great toothbrush. I notice that when I go for cleanings the hygienist doesn't have to clean as much as when I had a manual toothbrush.

Not bad pricing, I was very impressed first time using it. I’ve gotten 2 others to start using this toothbrush brand! (:

Good Brush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd sonicare toothbrush.
They all do a good job of brushing.
There are 2 reasons I took away a star from this one.
1- it's narrower making it more difficult to stand on the counter.
2- the 30 second signals during brushing do not seem as strong in intensity nor volume as in past models.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The lettering on the handle is rubbing off

I have been using a new 1 button Philips Sonicare for 2 weeks. It brushes and seems to brush as well as my previous 2 buttons Philips powered toothbrush before it stopped working. The quality of the materials and lettering of the new 1 button Sonicare is inferior. The letters on the handle - of clean, sensitive, white, and the change brush and power status symbols - are all rubbing off onto the handle and onto my fingers. At this rate eventually all of the lettering will erase from my toothbrush handle within 60 days or less.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear about the lettering on your Sonicare handle rubbing. That’s certainly not the quality or durability we want for our customers.
